McCOOK, Nebraska --Colleen Fay Botts, age 53, of McCook, Nebraska, passed away Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at her home in McCook.

Colleen was born Dec. 4, 1957, in Phoenix, Arizona to parents Loopis and Jerrie.

Colleen married John Botts on June 4, 2004, in McCook, Nebraska.

Over the years, Colleen worked as a truck driver delivering freight.

Colleen is preceded in death by her mother, Jerrie.

She is survived by her husband, John; daughter, Bridget of Phoenix, Arizona; her father, Loopis of Arizona; step brother, Tim; brother-in-law, Mark Botts of McCook; and sister-in-law, Lisa (Kenny) Turner of Quitman, Missouri.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home in McCook with the Rev. Jon Albrecht officiating.

Inurnment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, also in McCook.
