Ground broken for Eustis business incubator
EUSTIS, Nebraska -- Partners broke ground in Eustis, Nebraska, Monday evening on a business incubator building whose first tenant will be "Lone Wolf Wurst Meats."
USDA Rural Development joined Dawson Public Power District, Dawson Area Development, FOOI Inc., Congressional representatives, funding partners and community members to turn the first spades of dirt for the incubator building on the west side of Eustis, at the corner of Wright and Railroad streets
When complete, this project will provide a new manufacturing incubator building for Lone Wolf Wurst Meats to grow its business.
The project will create an additional 15 full-time equivalent jobs in a community of 464. Rural Development has approved a grant of $300,000 to Dawson Public Power District to assist in building the incubator building.
