OBERLIN, Kansas -- Tyler P. Wozniak, 26, died Sunday (June 26, 2011) at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.

He was born May 25, 1985, in Colby, Kansas, to Gary and Marla (Van Pelt) Wozniak. He was raised in Colby, where he received his education.

He lived in Oberlin and worked for Poe Well Service.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ross Van Pelt and George and Gertrude Clyde.

Survivors include parents, Gary and Maria Wozniak of Oberlin; grandmother, Dorothy Van Pelt of Oberlin; and brother Tanner Wozniak of Poughkeepsie, New York.

Graveside services are Saturday, 1 p.m., at Oberlin Cemetery in Oberlin with Sid Metcalf officiating.

There is no visitation.
