BIRD CITY, Kansas -- Roy Walden Troutt Jr., 66, died Monday (June 13, 2011) at Colby Care Center in Colby, Kansas.

He was born Aug. 24, 1944, in San Diego, California.

He worked as an electrical engineer.

Funeral services are Monday, 10:30 a.m. CDT, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Bird City. Burial is in Bird City Cemetery with military honors by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard.
