Ronald E. Grimm

GAITHERSBURG, Maryland -- Ronald E. Grimm, 71, died April 17, 2011, at Shady Grove Hospital in Rockyville, Maryland.

He was born April 24, 1939, in Imperial, Nebraska, to Morris and Nona (Loveland) Grimm. He graduated from McCook High School in 1957 and attended McCook College. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He retired from working in U.S. government services.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Marjorie Carman.

Survivors include his wife Bonnie B. Grimm; six children, Gail Grimm og Arizona, Karen Reed of New Jersey, Mary Siegrist of Maryland, Diana Eastep of South Carolina, Kimberly Summerrow of North Carolina and Guy Bising of Maryland; two sisters, Linda and husband, Jim Campbell of Omaha, Nebraska, and Judy Ostblom of Carter Lake, Nebraska; brother-in-law, Dick Carman of Oberlin, Kansas; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were April 23, in Laytonsville, Maryland with interment in All Souls Cemetery in Germantown, Maryland.
