SAVANNAH, Georgia -- Harry Milton Krogh, 81, died March 5, 2011, in Savannah.

He was born to Herluf M. and Verda M. (nee Darby) Krogh in McCook, Nebraska.

He graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1951 before enlisting in the U.S Air Force. He went on to earn his Master's of Business Administration from the University of Denver in 1954. He earned his CPA and began a career in business and finance, becoming president of Florsheim Shoe Company in 1981. He then moved to the role of president and chief operating officer of Oshkosh B'Gosh, Inc.

He was on the executive committee of the St. Louis Area Council for the Boy Scouts of America; a trustee of St. Louis and Nebraska Wesleyan Universities; and served as treasurer of the Kiwanis Club in Savannah.

Services were March 8, at Fox and Weeks' Hodgson Chapel in Savannah. Burial is at a later date in Memorial Park Cemetery in McCook. Date and time of the burial will be announced by Herrmann Funeral Home of McCook.
