McCOOK, Nebraska -- A suspicious activity call to the McCook Police Department at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday night turned out to be a couple of high school students on the roof of a grocery store.

According to an employee at Schmick's Market, one boy was trying to help another hang a banner asking a girl to prom.

I think that's neat--hope no one gets too excited and give the two boys a hard time. It's kind of old fashioned romantic to see that happen. Hope the Gazette follows up to see if the girl said YES!
