Wilma Bartels

IMPERIAL, Nebraska -- Wilma Bartels, 81, died Friday (March 4, 2011), at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Survivors include daughters, Ruby Nekola and husband, George of Lincoln, Cherine Parde and husband, Kevin of The Colony, Texas, and Gayle Sell of Lincoln; son, Darwin Bartels and wife, Brenda of Urbandale, Iowa; sisters, Lela Mack and husband, Don and Alice Filbert, all of Sacramento, California; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren

Funeral services are Saturday, 10 a.m. MST, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church of rural Wauneta, Nebraska, with the Rev. Keith Wellman officiating. Interment will follow at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday, 2-6 p.m. MST, at Liewer Funeral Home in Imperial.

A memorial has been established in her memory.
