Wayne Sharp

ENDERS, Nebraska -- Wayne Sharp, 90, died Sunday (Jan. 9, 2011), at Chase County Community Hospital in Imperial.

He is survived by his four daughters, Donna Messerer and husband, Jim of Axtell, Nebraska, Ruth Lindholm and husband, Steve of Parker, Colorado, Janette Peterson of Enders, and Sandra Hoffman and husband, John of McPherson, Kansas; son, Daryl and wife, Julie of Imperial, Nebraska; sisters, Neva Canfield and husband, John of Sacramento, California, Veraldine Hnasen of Sacramento, California, and Zella Chamberlain of Littleton, Colorado; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are Friday, 10:30 a.m., at the Church of the Brethren in Enders with the Rev. Francis Baker and John Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Imperial.

Visitation is Thursday, 2-6 p.m. MST, at Liewer Funeral Home in Imperial.

A memorial has been established in his name.
