Vera Virginia Bower

BUFFALO, Missouri -- Vera Virginia Bower died Nov. 5, 2010, at her home.

She was born Aug. 24, 1932, to Earl and Mary Fuller. She spent most of her young life in McCook, Nebraska.

On April 26, 1950, she was married to Walt Bower.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Slim and Mike Fuller; and one son, Timothy Bower.

She is survived by her husband, Walt; two sons, Bill Bower, and Dan and wife, Penny Bower; three sisters, Vonna Diey, Vinnita Softley and Veld Coffey; three brothers, Val Fuller, Vaden Fuller and Vic Fuller; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were Nov. 22 at Charity Cemetery with her grandson, Wade Bower, officiating. Burial was under the direction of Cantlon Otterness Funeral Home of Buffalo, Missouri.
