LINCOLN, Nebraska -- Donna Jean Harned, 56, formerly of Indianola, died Thursday (Sept. 23, 2010).

She was born Aug. 6, 1954, in Lincoln, Nebraska to Gaylord Harrison and Iona Mae (Schamel) Harned.

She worked as a case aide, for the State of Nebraska and at Tier One Bank.

She was a member of Fellowship Community Church, and was a past member of the First United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Douglas Harned.

Survivors include her sister, Nancy and husband, Todd Dondlinger of Lincoln.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Fellowship Community Church, 8601 Holdrege, Lincoln with the Revs. George Cook and Renae Johnson officiating.

Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society or the church.

There will be no visitation. The body has been cremated.
