BARTLEY, Nebraska -- Shirley Ann Webb, 75, died Wednesday (Sept. 22, 2010), at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, Nebraska.

She was born July 25, 1935, in Bartelsville, Oklahoma to Jessie and Pearl Atkinson.

On May 26, 1952, she married Jimmy La Webb in Raton, New Mexico. They were married 57 years before he passed away Dec. 1, 2009. To this union were born three sons, Roger, Mark, and Danny Webb.

The family spent most of their early lives in and around Borger, Texas, moving to Bartley in 1966. In August of 1978, they branched out on their own and started Webb's Water Truck Service.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband.

She is survived by her three sons, Roger and wife, Peggy of Billings, Montana, Mark and wife, Kathleen of Mead, Colorado, and Dan and wife, Shelly of Bartley; two sisters, Phyllis Goodwin of Howe, Indiana, Jackie Knutson of Deer Park, Texas; brother, Franklin Atkinson and wife, Joyce of Denton, Texas; sister-in-law, Bobbie Lewis of Ardmore, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Krystal and husband, Robert Emineth, Kelly Webb, Brad Webb, Bret Webb, Jay and wife, Brenda Webb, Toby and wife, Amber Webb, and Dustin and wife, Heather Webb; great-grandchildren, Connor Emineth, Matthew Emineth, Jaeden Webb, Aubri Ross, Paxton Ross, Ali Webb, Aspen Webb, Maverick Webb, and Bella Teal.

Funeral services are Saturday, 10:30 a.m. at First Congregational Church of Christ in Cambridge, Nebraska with Bill Weaver officiating. Burial will be at the Bartley Cemetery.

The casket will be open to the family only.
