OLATHE, Kansas -- Alex Michael Talbott, 5, died Wednesday (July 14th, 2010) at his home of complications following a tonsillectomy.

Born in Kansas City, Kansas on Aug. 23, 2004, to Levi and Twila Talbott. Alex attended kindergarten at Forest View Elementary. He was active in his church, he played sports, and loved farming.

Alex is survived by his father, Levi; mother, Twila; step-mother, Julie; brother, Caleb; sister, Maleigha; paternal grandparents, Mark and Lori Talbott; maternal grandparents, Jim and Linda Tyan; great-grandparents, Leon and Marcie Stoppel; great-grandfather, Clarence Chessmore; step-grandparents, Tom and Becky Michaelson; aunt and uncle, Heidi and Sean Dedolph; cousins, Gretchen and Kevin; aunt and uncle, Jenni and Bryan Wood; cousins, Byanka and Jayda; aunt, Jamie Tyan and boyfriend, Caleb Rundel; cousin, Trevan; and many other family and friends.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 3 p.m. with the visitation preceding at 2 p.m. at the College Church of the Nazarene in Olathe.

Alex brought so much joy to all of his family and friends and he will be missed by all.
