Cambridge boys win Medicine Valley Invite in McCook

Cambridge junior Gus Petersen (left) and Maywood's Brandon Arent go head-to-head in the 110 high hurdles. Petersen led the Trojans with wins in the 110 high hurdles in 15.1, the 300 hurdles in 41.1, the triple jump with a leap of 42'3" and placed fifth in the long jump at 19'5'. Arent finished second in both hurdle events and the high jump and won the 400 meter dash in 52.9. Results from the Medicine Valley Invitational will be in Monday's McCook Daily Gazette.
