Lowell Grimm

WAUNETA -- Lowell Grimm, 85, died Monday (Feb. 22, 2010) at the Heritage of Wauneta Nursing Home.

Survivors include his wife, Myra of Wauneta; one son, Carroll and wife, Susie of Greeley, Colo.; one daughter, Jacqueline Medcalf of Lincoln; sister, Miriam Allen and husband, Chuck of Des Moines, Iowa; grandson, Chad Grimm of Denver, Colo.; three step-grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday, 11 a.m. (MST), at the United Methodist Church of Wauneta with the Rev. Judy Dye officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Wauneta.

Visitation will be Friday, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (MST) at Liewer Funeral Home in Wauneta.

A memorial has been established to the United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund and the Wauneta Senior Center.

Liewer Funeral Home of Wauneta is in charge of the arrangements.
