Petersen leads Cambridge to C-2 playoff victory over Sutherland

CAMBRIDGE -- Gus Petersen might be one of the top running backs in the state. He's not too bad on defense either.

Petersen returned two interceptions for touchdowns and added another score on a long run to lift Cambridge to a 37-14 win over Sutherland Tuesday in the Class C-2 high school football playoffs.

The quarterfinal contest was played Tuesday evening on the Trojans' home turf.
