Connor Larson takes two firsts at Lexington tennis meet

LEXINGTON -- McCook High School's Connor Larson posted two first-place finishes and a second-place showing at the recent Lexington Tennis Tournament.

Boys 18 Singles -- Larson first place

Connor Larson defeated Eric Marrow of Lincoln 6-1, 6-2

Larson defeated Jeff Olson of North Platte 6-0, 6-0 (semis)

Larson defeated Kyle Jaggers of Lincoln 6-1, 6-1 (finals)

Boys 18 doubles -- Larson/Hock first place

Larson-Caleb Hock of Lexington defeated Matthew Hilfiker of Lincoln and Luke Strawhecker of Kearney 6-1, 6-2

Larson-Hock defeated Josh Damme and Jakob Strawhwcker of Kearney 6-3, 6-4 (Finals)

Girls 16 singles

Nichole Eisenach defeated Rachel Soutard of North Platte 4-6, 6-3, 6-2

Eisenach lost to Crista Cain of North Platte 6-3, 6-2

Mixed doubles

Larson/ Laura Brooks defeated Caleb Hock and Tereah Maloley of Lexington 6-3, 3-6, 6-2
