CURTIS -- The Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture volleyball team currently has a record of 3-2, and played in the Grace University Classic tournament in Omaha this weekend.

"We're looking forward to a great year in 2007," said NCTA volleyball coach Morgan Stout.

Stout said she sees great things for this season based on some of the individual performances she's seen.

"Hillary Grone ranks in the top ten in the nation in the US Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) in attack percentage, and Sharina Buoy is right there nationally in the top 10 for assists per game," said Stout. The Aggies also rank in the top 10 in attack percentage and blocks per game."

The NCTA Aggies continue to build on their proud history each year, said Stout.

"Our teams have never finished below the .500 mark, and we had three athletes with All-American honors last year," Stout said. "We really feel that we're positioned to continue along that path again in 2007."

The NCTA Aggies will be in action again tonight against North Platte Community College in North Platte.
