Isaac Shaw

OBERLIN -- Isaac Shaw, 21, died Tuesday (July 31, 1007) in Vail, Colo.

He was born June 21, 1986, in Atwood to Richard and Anna (Seeber) Shaw. He was raised in Oberlin, attended Oberlin Elementary and graduated from Decatur Community High School in 2004.

He earned his state and national pharmaceutical techician certificates and had recently moved from Wichita, Kan., to Vail, where he was employed as a pharmacy technician.

Survivors include his parents, Rich and Anna Shaw of Oberlin; a brother, Zachary Shaw of Hastings; a sister, Jennifer Shaw of Oberlin; his grandparents, Ralph and Violet Shaw of Oberlin, Alfreda Seever and John Meyers of Chalupa, Mexico and Dean and Susan Seeber of Wichita; and great-grandmothers, Thelma Spiers of Oberlin and Virdine Lamb of Newton, Kan.

Memorial services were today at the Gateway in Oberlin with the Rev. Tom Smith officiating.

The body has been cremated.
