Bryn Carriker, an East Ward third grader, pops out of the tunnel that leads to the first learning station in the "Bodywalk," a children's program that teaches and reinforces healthful behaviors during an interactive "journey" through the body's circulatory, digestive and respiratory systems. Behind Bryn is fellow third grader William Flanagan. A total of 143 elementary students from East and North wards, District 41, St. Patrick's and Southwest schools completed the "Bodywalk," stopping at teaching stations manned by speech and drama students from Southwest High School. The "Bodywalk" was sponsored by the Red Willow County Health Department.
