TARPON SPRINGS, Fla. -- Andrew John "Andy" Esposito, 61, died Wednesday (Oct. 13, 2004) at Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital in Tarpon Springs, Fla.

He was born Jan. 1, 1943, to Andrew and Mary (Celli) Esposito in Bronx, N.Y.

On Aug. 4, 1968, he married M. Stephanie Horinek in New York. They were married for 35 years.

He was a retired administrator of education in Mansfield, Conn., giving 12 years of service.

He was a resident of Tarpon Springs, Fla., moving there from Tolland, Conn., four years ago.

He was a member of St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church in Tarpon Springs and was treasurer of the Forest Edge Homeowner's Association.

Survivors include his wife, Stephanie; son, Andrew J. Esposito, Jr., and wife, Kim of Dallas, Texas; a daughter, Anne Marie Nimmer and husband, Chris of Ashburn, Va.; and his mother, Mary Esposito of Tarpon Springs.

Mass of Christian burial is Tuesday, 10 a.m., at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Atwood with the Rev. Damian Richards officiating. Interment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Atwood.

Visitation is today, until 9 p.m., at Williams Funeral Home in Atwood.

Memorials may be given in his name and left at the funeral home.
