Mary A. Morse

ARAPAHOE -- Mary A. Morse, 86, died Thursday, May 27, 2004, at Andbe Home in Norton, Kan.

She was born Nov. 26, 1917, to Eber E. and Mida A. (Frost) Inman in Beaver City. She attended country school and graduated from Beaver City School.

On July 27, 1938, she married Daniel Edward Morse in Norton. The couple lived in various communities due to her husbands work. In 1978, the retired and moved to Edison. Her husband died March 8, 1984. She then moved to CA Mues Good Samaritan Center in Arapahoe and then to Andbe Home in Norton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Ronald D.; grandson, Jim Morse; and seven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Arlene and husband, Stanley Lebsack of Santa Maria, Calif.; daughter-in-law, Kathy Morse of Arapahoe; four grandchildren; five grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Graveside services are Tuesday, 2 p.m., at the Arapahoe Cemetery in Arapahoe with Ken Breinig officiating.

Visitation is Monday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m., at the Wenburg Funeral Home in Arapahoe.
