Dundy County boys 1st at Maywood track meet

MAYWOOD -- The Dundy County boys easily won the Maywood track invite Saturday over Elwood, while the Medicine Valley claimed the girls title over the Tigers.

Dundy County's Ben Shaw led his team to the title with three gold medals.

Austin Davis won first place and set a new meet record in the discus with a throw of 150 feet, 2 inches.

For the girls, Medicine Valley's Taylor Wolfe set a new meet record in the triple jump with a combined total of 34 feet, 3.75 inches.
