Elementary building project is on agenda

The McCook Public Schools board of education will discuss the proposal for a single elementary school site during its regular meeting scheduled Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the junior high conference room.

The single site concept was developed for the board by W Design of McCook, and recommends one elementary school at the current North Ward location.

Board members will also reconsider the salvage declaration effective date for the West Ward attendance site.

Other agenda items include consideration of approval of a 2003 adjusted valuation appeal and readings and approval of board policy.

The board will enter closed session to discuss personnel.
