Angela L. Mathias

Angela L. Mathias, 84, died Thursday (May 16, 2002) at Community Hospital in McCook.

She was born on March 6, 1919, to Frank and Mary (Bokr) Oliva, in Kensington, Kan. She grew up in Kensington and graduated from high school there. She was also a graduate of Kansas State University.

In 1941, she married Carl E. Mathias. They moved to McCook in 1950, where she was a teacher and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Joseph Oliva.

Survivors include one son, Kenneth and wife, Linda Mathias of Lakewood, Colo.

The body has been cremated. There are no services scheduled. Friends may correspond with the family at 12898 West Adriatic Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80228.
