Grandparents of the prospective bridegroom are Helen Allen and Wayne and wife, Betty Allen all of McCook.The bride-to-be is a senior at Kansas State University studying family life and community service. The prospective bridegroom is also a senior at Kansas State University studying milling science. An Aug. 3, 2002, ceremony is planned in Florissant, Mo.
