Jennifer Heble and Roger Taylor announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the bride are Patricia and Charlie Powers of McCook and the late Steve Heble. Her grand parents are Sylvia Altman and the late Adolph Altman of Hayes Center. The bride-to-be is a 1996 graduate of McCook High School and a 1999 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She is employed as the facility director for an athletic facility in Houston, Texas. The prospective bridegroom is a financial consultant for Wells Fargo Investments. The couple is planning an Aug. 2, 2003, ceremony in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.
