LINCOLN, Neb. — Nebraskans keen to exercise their democratic right have an early start to casting their votes, as early in-person voting for the primary election kicks off today, April 15th, at county election offices across the state. Secretary of State Bob Evnen expressed readiness on behalf of Nebraska's 93 county election offices, stating, "Our 93 county election offices are open and ready to help Nebraskans vote in the May Primary Election." Evnen highlighted a significant change in the voting process this year, noting, "This will be the first time in Nebraska’s history that voters will be presenting a photo ID before casting a ballot."
