OMAHA, Neb. — Former Executive Director of Angels on Wheels, Brenda K. Banks, 61, from Omaha, Nebraska, has been sentenced to 4 months in federal prison for wire fraud. United States District Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. handed down the sentence with no possibility of parole in the federal system.
