GOTHENBURG, Neb. — Holdrege plated nine runs to break a 7-7 tie and defeat McCook's First Central Bank Juniors, 16-7, in their B-6 area tournament game Saturday night. The Juniors (7-15 record) surprised No. 2 Gothenburg during Friday's first round, but now must play those No. 2-seed host Melons again today to keep their state tournament hopes going...
