McCOOK, Neb. -- Red Willow County commissioners approved the issuance of county sales certificates for delinquent property taxes. Meeting for a total of 37 minutes this morning, commissioners reviewed a list of 36 parcels of land with unpaid taxes, a slightly higher number than last year's 31.
