EUSTIS, Neb. -- A source of Southwest Nebraska pride was dimmed Wednesday with the announcement that the Village PieMaker facility in Eustis would be closed and production moved to Omaha. Joe Ricketts, founder of the Ameritrade brokerage firm and father of Nebraska Gov.
