First, Wendy Mefford Brown gifted a Natural History book from 1817 to the society a couple of months ago complete with a clipped article concerning its’ owner, C. W. Higher water, sewer rates on council agenda

McCOOK, Neb. — The McCook City Council will be asked to approve on first reading higher water and sewer rates, at the regular meeting Monday, 5:30 p.m. at city council chambers in the city municipal building.
