The City of McCook Water Department is placing a restriction on lawn watering from 8:00 a.m. Tuesday May 8th through 8:00 a.m. Wednesday May 9th. The 24 hour restriction is the result of a mechanical malfunction at the Parker Hannifin plant that caused higher than normal water usage.
