(They are all terrorist attacks because they certainly cause terror for the victims.) The news story focused on details about the person who perpetrated the attack - - his name, where he was from, that he had planned it, conjecture about whether it was a lone act, etc. That news was exactly like the previous terrorist attack, with the same focus on the attacker...
