McCook, Oberlin and surrounding communities were shocked and saddened to learn that a 10-year-old Oberlin boy on a bicycle was struck and killed by a pickup truck Tuesday in McCook. Oberlin boy killed when bike was struck by pickup truck

McCOOK, Neb. — A 10-year-old Oberlin boy died after his bicycle and a pickup collided Tuesday afternoon on Federal Avenue southwest of McCook. As of early this morning, the Nebraska State Patrol had not released the name of the boy.
