Steven Duane Allmond RALEIGH, North Carolina -- Steven Duane Allmond, 51, of Raleigh, went to his Eternal Home on Dec. 11, 2012. He died of an apparent heart attack/natural causes. I became a snow lover when I was growing up in Arkansas. It snowed there more then than it does now and the snows we received were much different than the typical snow in Nebraska.
