ENDERS, Nebraska -- Wayne Sharp, 90, died Sunday (Jan. 9, 2011), at Chase County Community Hospital in Imperial. He is survived by his four daughters, Donna Messerer and husband, Jim of Axtell, Nebraska, Ruth Lindholm and husband, Steve of Parker, Colorado, Janette Peterson of Enders, and Sandra Hoffman and husband, John of McPherson, Kansas; son, Daryl and wife, Julie of Imperial, Nebraska; sisters, Neva Canfield and husband, John of Sacramento, California, Veraldine Hnasen of Sacramento, California, and Zella Chamberlain of Littleton, Colorado; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.. ...

At the moment I'm feeling just like a kid in a candy store. Wichita, Kansas does that for any long-time American aviator. Wichita is where Beechcraft, Cessna, Lear Jet all build the aircraft that they sell today. Even Boeing still has part of the action as they build the fuselages for their 737 airliner here and then ship them by rail for completion near Seattle. ...
