BERTRAND -- Legendary Hayes Center boys track coach Dale Bubak made an appearance at the Republican Plains Activities Conference track meet to watch the Cardinal boys win the conference meet at Bertrand Friday. Bubak coached the Cardinals to five consecutive Class D state track titles 1968-72. -
