Promoter Chuck Gray made the call to cancel the May 1 races at McCook (Neb.) Speedway. Too much rain Thursday morning, as well as drizzle and cloudy conditions Friday morning, with more of the same forecasted for the rest of the day, made the track unpreparable for the show.
