Two Work Ethic Camp offenders are behind bars, and a Red Willow County deputy is recovering after tracking the two through snow and canyons late Saturday night and early Sunday morning. I would like to thank the farmers who have used their time and tractors and Frontier County Employee' who have maintained the roads five or six times since the snow in trying to keep the roads usable. Are they in great shape? Of course not. But you don't need a hard hat to protect your head while you are bouncing around or wonder what is going to fall off or be torn off from underneath your vehicle...
