Two Work Ethic Camp offenders are behind bars, and a Red Willow County deputy is recovering after tracking the two through snow and canyons late Saturday night and early Sunday morning. Kyle Clapp, a case manager and public information officer at the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services Work Ethic Camp in McCook, wrote in a press release that Jordan Hoy, 19, and Jacob Booze, 17, were discovered missing at 9:07 p.m., Saturday, and that McCook and Red Willow law enforcement officials and the Nebraska State Patrol were notified.. ...
