There are big signs of the vote to come and promises of great hope in a land where our elected can't go a day without spreading fear. Fear, higher taxes, more fines on the 58,000 laws on the books. Fear even to speak, move or vote. There are other signs though. Just as the working poor are no longer able to hunt or fish, now the city has killed gardening.
