Dear Editor, The 8 percent figure is wrong ("Commissioners approve loan for new ethanol plant," Tuesday). I must have said what I read instead of doing the math. It needs a decimal point in front of it. The $300,000 is, according to the calculator, .857 percent of $35 million and still a lot money to a country boy...
