Lowell A. Stacey OBERLIN -- Lowell A. Stacey, 88, died Thursday (Nov. 8, 2001) at the Cedar Living Center at Oberlin. He was born Dec. 28, 1912, at Scottsville, Kan., to Clarence and Jessie (Shunn) Stacey. He was raised in the Jennings, Kan., area and graduated from Jennings High School in 1932.
