Happy B-day #1 Nephew

Here is wishing you nothing but the best. You are a talented young man with outstanding musical abilities. My wish for you is to continue to enhance those skills both vocally and instrumentally. You have awesome talent and please, please, please continue to enrich your own life and others with your musical gift.

While there are those bumps in the road you have had to experience in recent months, each will add to your adult skills and knowledge base. You will be a better adult because of that. It may not seem like it right now but I believe you will be more fair and compassionate because of it.

You are the light of your parents' life (and the g-parents too) and will continue to be so - even though you will soon leave for the adventures of college and life beyond your youth.

As an extended family we have shared those fun moments over the years. The train ride across Colorado when you tried to order coffee for breakfast even though you were only three comes to mind. That was classic.

You traveled miles and miles and miles to watch your paternal cousins in all those ball games and the state tournaments. You were their fan. You were a good sport when the cousins returned the favor to be #4's cheering section.

So, #1 Nephew, you have made family very proud and we know you will continue to do good things with your life. Love you always and happy 18th!!
