Judged and Blessed
Judged and Blessed
By Arley Steinhour 072318
I stand before Your Alter,
With Tears of Joy in Eye,
Judged and Blessed, by my Father, Mat 11:6
Before my, Mortal Life flies by.
Memories, both Good and Bad,
Some to Gain, and Some to Loss,
But, ‘Justified,’ by Blood, so Sad,
Only Yours, applies, as Gleaning Floss. (Joh 14:6
Justified, without Sin Dooming to Hell,
To Stand in Your Presence, Qualified,
Legitimate, in Blood Shed by Emmanuel,
As Family, for Eternity, ‘I be Certified.’
I Accepted Your Purchase, with Sip of Wine,
The Holy Communion, of Spousal Binding,
Unto Death, of the Eternal Kind,
Awaiting your Call, My ‘Lit Lamp’ your Finding. (Mat 25:7
I fear not, the malady, that kills my body,
But, my fear of failing You, takes a toll,
Finding the coin’s Good side, as a Toddy,
That others will join me in my Family Goal.
I’ll ‘cast my net,’ as best I’m able,
To the Right Side of the Boat, (Joh 21:6
Hoping to keep the ‘Gunnel Stable,’
With my fishing; Boat Full, yet Afloat.
Whoever would want what I have in God,
‘A’ccept, Redemption from Only/God/Jesus, (Rev 5:9
‘B’elieve, He is Emmanuel, Our ‘One God,’
‘C’onfess, your Sin, To Eternal Justification.
AMEN
