Unused Rockets, locked away, To be Used, Another Independence Day
We Pray AMEN

Our Way of Life

Toast and an egg,
When I Break-Fast,
To Jesus, I beg,
The flavor will last.

Snack on a Fruit,
Should hunger return,
A ‘Food Parachute,’
Less Calories to Burn.

Then comes Evening,
On food choice, to Dine,
Boiled Chicken for ‘leavening,’
On Broth-Pasta, Divine.

My Secular High-Points,
Of, each day that I Live,
Awaiting His Grace, that Anoints,
Filling the Day, Jesus did Give.

Yesterday, was ‘Independence Day,’
Of, Our Way of Life in this Nation.
Too many use it as ‘A Day of Play,’
Some, like me, by ‘Praising Salvation.’

May we Learn from History, not long ago,
From Greed and Corruption’s Erosion,
In Need of Recovery that might go Slow,
Healing, from an 'Eight Year Implosion.’
