Trump NOT a Griffin

To open the Fifty-Eighth, Presidency,
With, Presidential Person, Forty-Five,
How Sweet it be for the Tendency,
To Praise God, by which, We Strive.

Our History, tells, We the People, did Fail,
To allow, Inauguration, to go 'Smoothly,'
How-ever rare, to this, all Others may Pale,
Forty-Five, may go, Far Beyond 'Unruly.'

Donald Trump, our 'POTUS, Elect,'
Has created, Constitutional Conundrum,
Not on Legality, but, 'Hatred-Bedecked,'
Unto Illegal Events, far beyond Tantrum.

One other, I'll use, of a 'Shameful Situation,'
Be, the President, most Citizens, Adore,
Abraham Lincoln upon Taking his Station,
Cursed, through Conclusion, of Civil War.

I Pray, that tomorrow, Not be the Case,
That, Sanity Prevail, and, chance be given,
As, Both Sides accept Trump, Won the Race,
And, give him chance to Show, 'Not a Griffin.'

Our Constitution tells us how POTUS is Elected,
Differences of opinion, are 'Fallowed to Bloom,'
In this Republic, 'Equals,' Winners, and Dejected,
Let us, Not, drag Constitution, to a 'Fight in a Barroom.'

AMEN
