Jewish Wedding, of Old under Hupah
T.W. Tramm (sent this to me a year ago, and I share this with you, so you my Christian Sisters and Brothers, might know how Israel sees the Fall Feasts//with Yom Teruah/Rosh Hashanah// probably starting, this year, 2016 just after Sunset, and sighting of New Moon, October 11, or maybe 13, depending on sighting conditions//as//)

THE FAVORED WEDDING DAYS (God's 'Feasts,' Gods Wedding Time??'//as//)...bracketed comments, mine //as//
(T.W. Tramm's article):
Disclaimer: The following is intended as interesting trivia, or "food for thought" only. Please know that I'm not trying to pinpoint the time, or set a date, for the Rapture.
That qualifier stated, thinking of the Rapture in terms of a gathering of the Bride that precedes a wedding, it's interesting to consider the following:
There are several days, according to Jewish tradition, on which a wedding cannot be held:
Fridays: Weddings are not recommended on Fridays in consideration of the Sabbath, which starts at nightfall.
Saturday (the Sabbath): Wedding ceremonies are not allowed on the weekly Sabbath, as it is a biblically mandated day of rest.
Weddings are also forbidden on Rosh Hashanah (Feast of Trumpets), as it is a biblically mandated Sabbath of rest. In 2015, Rosh Hashanah begins Sunday evening and ends Tuesday evening.

Therefore, in 2015, we essentially have two days during the week of Rosh Hashanah on which a wedding can be held: Wednesday, or Thursday.
Interestingly, according to the Talmud, "Wednesday is the appointed wedding-day for virgins." Thursday is the favored wedding day for widows.

According to the biblical/Jewish way of reckoning days, namely that the day begins at sunset, Wednesday (the favored wedding-day for virgins) begins Tuesday evening, which happens to mark the conclusion of the Feast of Trumpets this year.
Interesting!
Again, these wedding customs are based on Talmudic traditions, not Scripture, so I wouldn't want anyone to lend too much credence to any of this, or think that we're trying to set dates. I do find it interesting, however, how it turns out that the last day of Rosh Hashanah is on a Tuesday this year, and the following day, Wednesday, is the traditional favored wedding day for virgins.
Just something fun to think about as we watch.
By the way, with the theme of "as it was in the Days of Noah" in mind, such a scenario (rapture on the second day of Rosh Hashanah) jibes with the account in Genesis in which God commands Noah to board the Ark (believed to be a picture of the Rapture) seven days before the Flood (representing judgment) began. There are seven days between the second day of the Feast of Trumpets and the next feast day, the Day of Atonement, which represents God's judgment.
