To Share or Not to Share
To Share or Not to Share
By Arley Steinhour 060516
Spring is Sprung,
Pollen in the Air,
Song loudly sung,
With, Sneezing Flare.
Then, there's always Silent Prayer,
With face pointed to the ground,
'Ah-Choo' sneezes fill the air,
And, nose-water, flows with sound.
Keeping the eyes closed, extra tight,
Tears of Woe, flow down cheeks,
Spray, in nose, might win the fight,
For hours, days, but, never weeks.
All of my life, spent 'Allergy Free,'
With only an occasional sneeze,
Has finally, I fear, caught up with me,
Now, nose is plugged, lungs wheeze.
I took this problem to Jesus, in prayer,
In hope of relief, that just wasn't there,
The answer, 'There's many who'd love to share,
Gladly, if only, they'd lived to breath Air.'
Their lives, taken, prior to birth,
While, maturing, snugly in the womb,
As 'Inconvenience,' no value of pennyworth,
Unlike flower, making me sneeze, they'd never Bloom.
So now, when I sneeze, I know where to Share,
With the child, up in Heaven, who never breathed Air,
Taken from unwanted pregnancy, without Care,
Now, 'Children of Jesus,' in Joy beyond Compare.
(They love my sneezes)
AMEN
